You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the kaftan must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Custom-made or personalized kaftans: Because these pieces are made specifically according to the customer’s measurements or customization requests, they are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds
